These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, platform, APIs, dashboards, data products, widgets, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Eign and its affiliated entities incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, and Canada (collectively, "Eign", "we", "us", or "our").

The applicable contracting entity shall be the Eign entity providing the Service or entering into an order form or agreement with you.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

Eign provides location intelligence, structured indices, neighborhood analytics, scoring methodologies, predictive models, and related data insights.

The Service may include web-based dashboards, data exports, APIs, embedded widgets, and analytical tools and visualizations.

Eign may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

All outputs, indices, scores, analytics, projections, and data provided through the Service are for informational purposes only.

Eign does not provide financial, investment, legal, valuation, brokerage, or other professional advisory services.

Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the Service and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Eign grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful internal business purposes.

No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred under these Terms.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, algorithms, or methodologies from the Service; scrape or systematically download data without authorization; resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written consent; remove branding or proprietary notices; develop competing products; or use the Service in violation of applicable laws.

All software, data models, scoring systems, APIs, indices, methodologies, trademarks, and content made available through the Service remain the exclusive property of Eign or its licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

The Service may incorporate data obtained from third-party sources.

Eign does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and shall not be liable for inaccuracies originating from such sources.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eign disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Eign's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid (if any) in the preceding twelve (12) months or USD 5,000 (or equivalent local currency).

Eign may suspend or terminate access to the Service at its discretion if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service shall immediately cease.

For UAE entities, governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the courts of Dubai.

For Qatar entities, governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and subject to the courts of Qatar.

For Canadian entities, governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and subject to the courts of Ontario.

Eign reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
